In order to measure the normality of the data, Smirnov's Kolmogorov test was used, the result of which showed that the collected data have a normal distribution, and one-sample T-tests and repeated analysis of variance were used to test the research hypotheses in SPSS software. 20 were used. The findings showed that in the field of information and research services, the services provided on the Internet are average, and in the field of educational services, communication services, and marketing services, the services provided are from medium to low, and in general, it seems that the services provided From the point of view of graduate students, physical education is not in a good condition on the Internet.

The statistical population consisted of all 150 physical education teachers in secondary schools in Kerman city, and the sample was census (all members). The research instruments included two standard questionnaires: the Rosenbach Leadership Style Questionnaire with a reliability of 0.85, and the standard Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire by Goleman, Boyatzis, and McKee (or similar recognized names for the authors used) with a reliability of 0.82. Pearson’s correlation coefficient test was used to assess the relationship between the variables in SPSS 24. The findings showed a significant and positive relationship between self-awareness and leadership style; between self-management and leadership style; and between relationship management and leadership style. However, there was no significant relationship between social awareness and leadership style. Overall, physical education teachers paid the most attention to the Transformational Leadership Style (R=0.324 and mean=4.32) and then the Transactional Leadership Style (R=0.289 and mean =4.368), and showed the least attention to the Laissez-faire Leadership Style (R=0.289 and mean =4.255).

The research method was descriptive, survey-based, and correlational in nature, and it was conducted in the field. The statistical population consisted of 177 physical education teachers in the city of Kerman in 2016, and the entire population was selected as the statistical sample. The standardized personality questionnaire (NEO PI-R, 1992) with a Likert scale and the job satisfaction questionnaire (Smith, 2004) were used. The reliability of the aforementioned questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach’s alpha test as 0.795 and 0.927, respectively. For data analysis, descriptive statistical indices (mean, etc.) were used, and in inferential statistics, the Chi-square test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and linear regression were employed. The findings showed that: (1) there is a significant relationship between personality and job satisfaction among physical education teachers in the city of Kerman; (2) personality affects the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in the city of Kerman; (3) in evaluating the status of personality and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in the city of Kerman and each of their dimensions, all were in a favorable condition (above the criterion score); (4) the results showed that the regression model of the research, consisting of the predictor variable (personality) and one criterion variable (job satisfaction), in terms of quality is a weak model, and the set of predictor variables can predict the changes in the job satisfaction variable only to a small extent. In other words, the linear regression of personality variables on the job satisfaction of physical education teachers in the city of Kerman explains 16.6% of the total variance, and the remainder is attributed to other variables.

For data analysis, descriptive statistical indices (mean, etc.) were used, and in inferential statistics the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and linear regression were employed. The findings showed that: (1) there is a significant relationship between information technology and the social identity of physical education teachers in Kerman; (2) information technology affects the social identity of physical education teachers in Kerman; (3) in evaluating the status of information technology and social identity of physical education teachers in Kerman and each of their dimensions, all were in a relatively appropriate condition (lower than the criterion score); (4) the results showed that the regression model of the research, consisting of the predictor variable (personality) and one criterion variable (satisfaction), in terms of quality is a weak model, and the set of predictor variables can predict the changes in the social identity variable only to a small extent. In other words, the linear regression of personality variables on the identity of physical education teachers in Kerman explains about 10.1% of the total variance, and the remainder is attributed to other variables.
